Arbol Group Inc. Guarantee and Fee

All positions secured through our services are on an employer paid basis only.

There is no charge for our services until you hire the candidate we have located for you.

If your new employee is terminated or leaves for any reason (other than lack of work, layoff, reduction in staff, reorganization, salary reduction, health change, or transfer of ownership of the company) within a one (1) year period, the total fee is prorated from the original date of employment on the basis of 1/11th per month after the first month, provided the original invoice was paid and received in full within fifteen (15) days of the employee’s starting date. If payment is received AFTER the fifteenth day, no guarantee shall be provided or in effect, but the full fee will still be due.

AGI’s guarantee is that we will do an immediate search and replace the employee within 45 days and apply the unexpired guarantee towards the replacement fee. If we cannot replace the employee, we will apply the unexpired guarantee to the next placement we make with you. For example, if your new employee leaves after 55 days, 10/11ths of the original fee will be credited towards the replacement fee.

Our fee is earned if a candidate is hired, directly or indirectly, for any position by the employer or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts. The fee is also earned in the event the employer refers the candidate to another employer who hires the candidate.

This fee is up to 33% of the employee's first year's base salary and other compensation or a reasonable estimate of the annualized hourly wage.

TERMS: Net due upon start date. Invoice will be mailed when offer is made and accepted. A 1.5 percent monthly late charge will be added to all amounts not paid within 30 days of start date.

Your acceptance of referrals from our firm constitutes your agreement with our fee schedule.
