Our Staff is Certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. The highest designation of individual professionalism within the private placement industry, is that of Certified Personnel Consultant. The CPC certificate is official recognition of education, experience and competence. It is awarded after tests in business law, ethics, general business and state law.

MasterStream training certification is a training certainty.   MasterStream certifications include leadership, change management, and sales training. 

Bryan Dilts, CPC, CCP, Competitive Employment Strategist, has been improving workplaces for 18 years. Often through training programs he helps managers get their employees doing what they know they should do, but just don't get done.  He helps realize unused potential and reap unrealized profits.

He also places sales and technical professionals in the software and computer industry. Having led development teams and programmed for 10 years before starting AGI, he has a solid background in his specialty.
